Items You Should Bring
We may conduct part of our training indoors and part of it outdoors. Be prepared for both.
Items to bring…
- Running shoes (no special kind required)
- Shorts or tights that allow free movement of hips and legs
For cooler weather
- Layers for your top half
- Vest
- Thin gloves
- Hat
For hotter weather
- Quick dry t-shirt or top
- Hat with visor
- Sun lotion
- Hand-held water bottle
