Preparing For Your Run Training Event

Items You Should Bring

We may conduct part of our training indoors and part of it outdoors. Be prepared for both.

Items to bring…

  • Running shoes (no special kind required)
  • Shorts or tights that allow free movement of hips and legs

For cooler weather

  • Layers for your top half
  • Vest
  • Thin gloves
  • Hat

For hotter weather

  • Quick dry t-shirt or top
  • Hat with visor
  • Sun lotion
  • Hand-held water bottle
