I am back in the Pacific Northwest USA for 3 weeks.

I have been joined by TI coaches Shane Eversfield and Ryan Chapman to lead TI 1.0 and 2.0 workshops this weekend at Allstar Fitness in Portland, Oregon.

We had two students today, and with such a small group we could give totally customized lessons. Megan made great progress and I saw a boost in her confidence- she had a great instinct for balance. Matt had one of the most dramatic transformations- from a struggling swimmer angling deeply in the water and barely able to swim 25m to a relaxed, balanced and struggle-free swimmer, taking half the strokes, hardly any kick, and swam5m faster than the the start of our workshop without any sense of fatigue.

This is what TI does so well. I love this work.
